We would like to request an enhancement to the WhatsApp automation feature that enables setting up triggers for students who have enrolled in a course but dropped off mid-way (i.e., have not completed the course within a certain time frame). Ability to configure automated WhatsApp messages for students who: Started a course but did not complete it. Have been inactive for a specified number of days after starting the course. Currently, following up with such students is a manual and time-consuming task. Having this automation will not only improve student engagement and course completion rates but also save significant admin effort.

We have subscribed to your Knorish Platform to host our Course and about to launch- We request you urgently to consider making the below 2 changes for a strong User Experience while navigating the Subscribed User - Course - Dashboard Page- Navigation Bar - Sub Menu - The Texts should be made bolder or Font Weight to be increased ( Explanatory Screenshot Attached) Course Dashboard - (Attached Screenshot) (i)Course Title & Progress Texts should be Bolder (ii)Course Content - Module & Total Chapters & (Chapter Names) to be bolder Course Index - Main Heading of Modules Background Color should be anything other than grey to complement and highlight the Main Heading

Currently, while creating a page using the new Page Builder, the slider element only supports up to 4 cards per view. This limitation restricts the ability to showcase multiple images or items effectively. It would be great to have the flexibility to display more than 4 cards within the slider, so creators can highlight more content in a visually engaging manner. This enhancement will significantly improve the user experience, especially for those who want to showcase brand logos, testimonials, or product highlights in a single section. We hope this can be considered for future updates to enhance design possibilities on the platform.

In most of the digital course not mentioned buyer address details. So, we need email and mobile variable at least we can show the buyer details in the invoice. This will help us for any financial auditing purpose.

I have 5 bundles and each bundle has 3 courses, a total of 15 courses. Please have one single page where I can see all my chats as I can't preview all courses everyday.

I am requesting the Knorish team to include the feature ( Dynamic Watermarking/Floating Watermarking ) for videos. Because nowadays, Videos are screen captured from the web browser very easily and eventually available in the black market at a very very cheap price. So please consider my request.

There should be a validation check that detects if any answer appears selected but isn't actually registered as selected in the backend. If such a case occurs, a popup or error message should appear before saving the assessment to alert the user and prevent saving until the issue is resolved. This would greatly improve usability and reduce errors while creating assessments.

All The Community Members ( Bronze / Silver / Gold / Diamond).Should be able to see Main Fees. The Feed Section on community Page. Bronze / Silver / Gold / Diamond - member Should have their seprate feed space. Where their able to see The post maid for there membership tier. with increasing level of access as you go up the tier. (For Example :- Bronze can see only bronze / Silver can see bronze + silver / gold can see bronze + silver + gold and so on)
