Assessment feedback options for teachers + File upload responses for assessments

Current methods of giving feedback for assessments are not effective at all. We should be able to give written feedback to all assessments not just a number based feedback.
Students should also be able to upload files as assessments.
Been requesting this for over 5 months with no progress whatsoever. What is the point of opening the developer roadmap to clients if any client suggested feedback is not considered?
