Currently, if an image or video is mistakenly uploaded to a question or answer option, the only way to remove it is by deleting the entire question along with the responses. This creates unnecessary rework and data loss.

Please add a feature that allows users to individually delete/remove uploaded images or videos from a question or answer option without needing to delete the entire question.
