We would like to request an enhancement to the WhatsApp automation feature that enables setting up triggers for students who have enrolled in a course but dropped off mid-way (i.e., have not completed the course within a certain time frame).

Ability to configure automated WhatsApp messages for students who:

Started a course but did not complete it.

Have been inactive for a specified number of days after starting the course.

Currently, following up with such students is a manual and time-consuming task. Having this automation will not only improve student engagement and course completion rates but also save significant admin effort.
